Microplane graters are the sharpest graters I've ever bought. Easy to clean, non-rusting, and cuts grating time in half (at least!) because they're so incredibly sharp. Also means you don't have to work so hard. More costly, but worth every penny!Customer Review: perfect cheese curls

I bought this grater along with the fine grater about 6 months ago. I LOVE IT!!! It does the job flawlessly. The one thing about which I was concerned was RUST! I have hard water with a lot of iron and sulphur. Other so called "stainless steel" items rusted within months. These 2 graters show absolutely no sign of rusting! They're the real deal! They remain sharp, rust-free, easy to use, and they just so happen to be attractive hanging on my utensil bar!Customer Review: Microplane coarse grater

Microplane graters not only are the best, they are worlds apart from other graters. Really, once I used one of these, I couldn't understand how I managed with those clunky old graters I had before. These are faster, much more comfortable, and produce much better results. Get one.
